About the Role
As a Med Tech at Volante of Hanover, you will be a trusted member of our resident care team in Hanover, MN. This hands-on, full-time position centers on providing direct personal care and safe, accurate medication support to the residents who call our community home. If you take pride in attentive caregiving and careful follow-through, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct care to residents throughout your assigned shift.
- Support residents with medication administration in line with established care plans and procedures.
- Maintain the security and accountability of all medications while they are in your care.
- Track and inventory controlled substances, completing accurate counts and reconciliation at shift change.
- Document medication activity clearly and report any concerns to the appropriate care staff.
Qualifications
- A genuine commitment to caring for older adults and supporting their wellbeing.
- Attention to detail and reliability when handling medications and required records.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work dependably as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Hanover, Wright County location; this is not a remote role.
