About the Role
This Mechanical Project Manager position sits at the center of a high-performing team delivering full-lifecycle mechanical systems — including HVAC, plumbing, building automation and controls, engineering services, and prefabrication — on large-scale projects throughout the region. You'll own project outcomes end-to-end, partnering closely with field superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track.
What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost-to-complete forecasts
- Coordinate procurement of mechanical equipment, materials, and prefabricated assemblies to support field production
- Lead weekly project meetings with owners, GCs, and subcontractors; track RFIs, submittals, and change orders to resolution
- Collaborate with engineering and BIM teams to resolve design conflicts before they reach the field
- Monitor job-site safety compliance and quality standards in line with company and client requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects, ideally in commercial and/or industrial environments
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and building automation/controls
- Strong command of project controls: scheduling (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project), budget management, and change-order administration
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and engineered submittals
- Excellent communication skills with owners, field crews, and trade partners
- Experience with prefabrication workflows is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred — equivalent field experience considered
