About the Role

As Meal Assembly and Packaging Manager, you'll lead our meal assembly operations and ensure every product meets our high standards for quality and consistency. This role combines hands-on production oversight with strategic team management, making you the driving force behind the efficiency and excellence of our meal assembly line.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily meal assembly and packaging operations to maintain quality, safety, and production targets
• Train, supervise, and mentor assembly team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Implement and maintain food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and packaging materials; coordinate with procurement as needed
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Track production metrics, maintain detailed records, and report performance data to senior management
• Collaborate with culinary and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet company standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in food production, assembly, or packaging management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with production tracking software and basic computer literacy
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
