About the Role

This full-time Materials Handler (Forklift Operator) position is essential to our warehouse and manufacturing operations. You'll be responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving materials efficiently throughout our facility using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Working with a reliable team, you'll help ensure our production line receives the materials it needs, on time and in perfect condition.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely move raw materials, components, and finished cable products
• Load and unload shipments, trucks, and containers following all safety standards and company procedures
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations for accessibility and efficiency
• Inspect materials upon arrival for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and promptly report mechanical or operational concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols
• Deliver materials to production departments on schedule to support manufacturing operations

What We're Looking For

• Valid forklift certification or demonstrated ability to obtain one
• Experience operating material handling equipment safely and with precision
• Physical capability to regularly lift, move, and handle materials and products
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and collaborative work ethic as part of a team
• Basic organizational and communication abilities
• Warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics background preferred
