Gpac is seeking an experienced Master Ford Service Technician to join a respected automotive service team in Flowes Store, Cabarrus County, serving the Charlotte and Concord area. This is a full-time role where you'll work on a variety of vehicles alongside skilled technicians while providing expert-level diagnostics and repairs.

As a Master Ford Service Technician, you'll bring advanced technical expertise and a commitment to quality workmanship to every job. You'll tackle complex diagnostic challenges, oversee service operations, and help maintain the high standards that keep customers returning to our dealership.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and transmission issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance services and comprehensive repairs on Ford vehicles
- Execute warranty work and manage related documentation accurately
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Maintain organized service records and ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
What We're Looking For
- ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent advanced Ford service experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Ford vehicle systems and repairs
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and repair equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
