About the Role
As a Master Automotive Technician/Mechanic with Parsons Of Antigo, you'll work hands-on across a wide range of makes and models, applying advanced diagnostic and repair expertise every day. We're looking for an A-level or Master-certified professional who is ready to grow with a dealership that genuinely invests in its people. This position is based on-site in Antigo, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults across passenger and light-duty vehicles.
- Perform precise repairs, scheduled maintenance, and quality inspections to manufacturer specifications.
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and tooling to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document work clearly and communicate findings to service advisors and customers.
- Mentor and support fellow technicians, sharing knowledge to raise the standard of the entire team.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Recognized A-level technician status, or Master Technician certification.
- Master certification can be either ASE Master or a Master designation awarded by an automobile manufacturer (for example, General Motors, Ford, and similar OEM programs).
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and proven hands-on repair ability.
- A commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent customer outcomes.
