Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will have the task of creating marketing materials using Adobe InDesign. They will work together with Brokers and Analysts to transform data and ideas into materials that’re easy to understand. The specialist will deliver work that’s both quality and completed on time while also ensuring consistent branding. Additionally they will provide support, in marketing and administration by managing requests, designing client deliverables interacting with clients and vendors well as maintaining databases. Managing expenses, performing tasks and assisting with event planning are among the responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or Communications have knowledge of marketing and commercial real estate be proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite and possess skills along with effective communication abilities.
