We are seeking a highly organized and data-savvy Data Project Coordinator to manage and streamline end-to-end data initiatives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, executive assistance, or data-related roles
- Strong understanding of data concepts, reporting, and analytics workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data insights
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to extract key insights from discussions and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with high accountability
- Ability to anticipate project needs, identify risks, and take initiative to resolve issues
- Familiarity with data reporting, analysis, and documentation practices
- A structured thinker who can bring clarity and order to complex, fast-moving data environments
