About the Role
As Marketing Account Manager, you'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution, managing marketing efforts for assigned business units and accounts. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure our marketing approach aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results for both PCCA and our clients.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of the compounding industry, PCCA's operations, departments, and the specific needs of assigned accounts and business units
- Partner with the Director of Accounts to develop annual strategic marketing plans tailored to our core business, key departments, and strategic accounts
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, content, and communications platforms
- Manage account communications and ensure messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with business goals
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
What We're Looking For
- Experience in account management or B2B marketing roles
- Understanding of or interest in the pharmaceutical, compounding, or healthcare industry
- Strong ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign results
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
