Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the next-generation Gibco Brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and tactics.
  • Drive decisions based on in-depth Gibco marketing data analysis.
  • Budget management – budget process ownership, budget tracker ownership, budget reporting, and related tasks as required
  • Finance reconciliation – Reconcile spending to budget tracker, reconciliation gap closure, research, and discovery.
  • Budget forecasting – forecasting channel, segment, and program
  • Operational support – biweekly full team meeting planning and moderation, team meeting coordination and planning, collateral, and giveaway inventory reporting and support, regional collateral and giveaway fulfillment and support as needed, MS Teams management and organization, team distribution list management, regional quarterly meeting mechanism (x2 NA/EU and APJ/China)
  • Internal communications – evolve, develop, and distribute internal communications to various partners.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, marketing or other business-related field required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience translating analytics and technical information into clear, concise and concrete output.
  • Knowledge of marketing channel mix, campaign strategy, and development, digital channel optimization and analytics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment supporting multiple partner groups globally and at all levels simultaneously.
  • Experience with market research and segmentation techniques.
  • Operational experience – effective internal event organization and execution

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines and achieve budget.
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial savvy with previous experience leading budgets and partners
  • Excellent data analysis skills that drive action.
  • Quick study. Able to assimilate new processes, data, and procedures quickly.
  • Ability to encourage and champion innovation, teamwork, visibility, and team efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across internal teams.
  • Ability to drive functional, technical, and operational excellence.
