Lonza is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for night-shift operations at our Portsmouth, New Hampshire facility. Lead a dedicated team in the production of life-saving therapeutic proteins and advanced biopharmaceuticals, where your supervisory expertise will directly impact patient outcomes.
About the Role
As a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor on the night shift at our Portsmouth location, you'll oversee critical manufacturing operations in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment. Your leadership will ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll work closely with your team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Direct night-shift manufacturing teams in the production of therapeutic protein formulations
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to meet daily targets
- Enforce strict quality control measures and investigate any deviations or quality concerns
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with FDA regulations, GMP standards, and company safety protocols

- Proven supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or production environments
