The Opportunity
This Manufacturing Associate position offers the chance to build a career in production manufacturing with a leading global company. Based at our Lexington, Fayette County facility, you'll work on one of two production shifts—either the afternoon shift (3pm–11pm) or the night shift (11pm–7am)—based on current operational needs. The role includes scheduled overtime as part of normal operations, providing consistent earning potential. New team members can earn enhanced compensation during the first 90 days as they master the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production targets
- Perform quality checks on products throughout the production cycle
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work station
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift operations
- Support continuous improvement efforts on the production line
- Complete required paperwork and production logs
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work reliably on second or third shift assignments
- Willingness to accept mandatory scheduled overtime
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
