Role Overview
The Manager, Vendor Management Office will lead the strategic and operational management of the contingent workforce program and vendor management systems (VMS). This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Services Partner Management team, ensuring the seamless execution of partner system processes, system governance, and system compliance standards.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of Services Partner Management Specialists, oversee contingent workforce operations, set team goals, manage workload distribution, and ensure accountability for key program metrics. Own the strategic administration of the VMS, oversee complex data operations, and partner with IT and third-party partners to resolve system issues and enhance functionality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in partner management, contingent workforce operations, or staffing programs
- 2+ years of people leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass)
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and contingent workforce regulations
- Exceptional communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate reports, and drive business improvements based on insights
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
