Role Overview
The Senior Consultant, IAM is a technically strong individual contributor who owns defined delivery tasks and workstream components within WWT‘s Identity and Access Management practice. Positioned below the Lead Consultant, the Senior Consultant brings hands-on depth across IAM platforms and domains, executes high-quality client deliverables with growing independence, and begins developing trusted client relationships at the working level.
What You Will Do
Execute assigned delivery tasks and workstream components within IAM engagements with accountability for quality, accuracy, and on-time completion. Lead technical components of IAM assessments, perform hands-on IAM platform work, and produce client-ready deliverables.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT with a clear focus on Identity and Access Management
- Hands-on technical experience across IAM platforms and domains
- Working knowledge of IAM and security frameworks
- Understanding of core identity concepts
- Demonstrated consulting delivery competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Industry certifications demonstrating IAM knowledge
- Experience in enterprise environments across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or public sector
