This role will initially focus on scaling the delivery and increasing the impact of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, which is Aledade’s priority transformation initiative in 2026. The team member will support projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations. The team member will serve as a partner for internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams. Finally, as a member of the Office of the CEO, the hire will have opportunities to contribute to Aledade’s broader transformation efforts, in service of Aledade’s mission to do more good for patients, practices, and society. The team member will be expected to adopt and master a variety of AI tools that help scale their impact and reach.
