Manager, Trade Shows & Events

PatientPoint is hiring a full-time Manager, Trade Shows & Events in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of industry events that showcase our innovative digital health solutions and connect us with healthcare professionals nationwide.

About the Role

As Manager of Trade Shows & Events, you'll own the complete event lifecycle for PatientPoint's presence at leading industry conferences, trade shows, and specialized healthcare events. You'll drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and build strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and medical professionals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive trade show and events strategy aligned with company goals and target markets
• Identify, evaluate, and select high-impact healthcare industry conferences and events for company participation
• Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, booth design, and logistics from planning through execution
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling event experiences and materials
• Plan and oversee exhibit setup, staff coordination, and on-site event management
• Develop presentations, product demonstrations, and collateral that effectively communicate our value to healthcare decision-makers
• Track event performance metrics, ROI, and lead generation outcomes
• Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, conference organizers, and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of event management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, or B2B industries
• Proven track record planning and executing successful trade shows and industry conferences
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Experience managing event budgets and tracking ROI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage vendor relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with healthcare industry, medical terminology, and healthcare buyer personas
