Manager – Talent

DBA Media is seeking a Manager - Talent to lead talent management and development initiatives for our influencer roster in Briggs, Los Angeles County. This full-time position is the cornerstone of our talent operations, overseeing the complete lifecycle of artist relations, deal management, and strategic partnership development in the creator economy.

About the Role

As a talent manager at DBA Media, you'll drive the growth and success of our influencer roster through strategic recruitment, relationship management, and deal facilitation. You'll be the primary point of contact for our talent, ensuring their professional development and maximizing partnership opportunities that align with their brand and career goals.

What You'll Do

• Sign and onboard new talent to our roster, building and maintaining a pipeline of viable influencers and creators
• Provide strategic counsel and career guidance to talent, helping them navigate industry opportunities and brand collaborations
• Identify, negotiate, and close endorsement deals and partnership agreements that benefit both talent and the agency
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with roster members through regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Manage contracts, agreements, and performance metrics to ensure compliance and mutual satisfaction
• Build and nurture relationships with brand partners, marketers, and other industry stakeholders
• Monitor market trends in influencer marketing to keep our roster competitive and identify emerging talent

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in talent management, artist representation, or influencer marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a talent for relationship building
• Demonstrable success closing deals and managing complex partnership agreements
• Deep understanding of the influencer space, creator economy, and social media landscape
• Self-motivated, organized professional capable of managing multiple talent relationships simultaneously
