About the Role

As Project Management Manager within our Legal function, you'll sit at the intersection of legal strategy and operational execution, directly influencing how we implement advanced technologies across the organization. You'll work with senior legal professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate complex legal projects from planning through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Support the adoption of new technologies and systems within the legal department, including emerging AI tools and generative AI applications
• Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and operational procedures that strengthen the legal team's foundation
• Collaborate with legal counsel, engineering teams, and business units to align legal requirements with technology initiatives
• Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track
• Drive continuous improvement in legal operations through process optimization and automation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in project management within a legal, corporate, or highly regulated environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with capacity to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
• Familiarity with legal operations, compliance requirements, or in-house legal functions
• Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, law, or a related field preferred
• Intellectual curiosity about technology trends and willingness to learn new tools and emerging systems
