Manager, Business Process Transactions

DXC Technology is hiring a full-time Manager, Business Process Transactions to lead operational transaction processing teams at its Nashville, Davidson County location — a strategic role for a proven leader ready to drive efficiency and accuracy across high-volume business process functions.

About the Role

As Manager, Business Process Transactions at DXC Technology in Nashville, you will own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of transaction processing operations, ensuring service quality, throughput, and compliance standards are consistently met across client engagements. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for your team's performance within a global enterprise services environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of business process transaction specialists, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability
• Oversee end-to-end transaction workflows — including intake, processing, quality review, and resolution — to meet defined SLAs and accuracy targets
• Monitor operational metrics and KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations, communicate status, and align on evolving requirements
• Drive process improvement initiatives using data analysis and industry best practices to reduce cycle times and error rates
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and documentation standards
• Produce regular operational reports and present findings to leadership and client contacts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, finance, and delivery teams to support system changes and workflow enhancements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing transaction processing, shared services, or business process outsourcing (BPO) operations
• Proven track record of leading teams in a metrics-driven, high-volume processing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into action
• Effective communicator capable of managing relationships with both internal teams and external clients
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
• Proficiency with ERP systems, workflow platforms, or business process management tools
