About the Role

As Manager, Business Marketing (SMC) at Snap, you will lead marketing efforts focused on the small and medium customer (SMC) segment. Working from our Santa Monica office, you'll craft programs and campaigns that show businesses how to reach engaged communities through Snapchat's visual, camera-first advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to small and medium-sized advertisers
• Build messaging, content, and campaigns that communicate the value of Snap's advertising products
• Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to support customer acquisition and retention
• Analyze campaign performance and refine programs based on data and customer insights
• Champion the SMC audience by surfacing their needs across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business marketing, B2B marketing, or a closely related discipline
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products
• A track record of planning and delivering marketing programs that drive measurable results
• Comfort collaborating across sales, product, and creative functions
• Willingness to work on-site in Santa Monica, Los Angeles County (this role is not remote)
