As our Maintenance Technician, you'll take pride in keeping Montage at Hawk Ridge running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartment interiors, common areas, and building systems
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and service calls
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Maintain detailed logs of work orders and equipment maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections and upkeep of grounds, landscaping, and exterior facilities
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar hands-on maintenance role
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment repairs
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement practical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
