About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician in our janitorial operations, you'll keep commercial facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You'll be the backbone of our service delivery, ensuring that every building we service meets our clients' standards and reflects our commitment to quality.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of commercial interior and exterior spaces
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
- Stock and manage cleaning supplies, reporting inventory needs to your supervisor
- Inspect facilities for maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Follow company procedures for chemical handling, safety, and waste disposal
- Work assigned schedules, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Take pride in attention to detail and consistent, dependable work
What We're Looking For
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, lift materials, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Professional attitude and respect for our clients and coworkers
- Prior janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
