Your Responsibilities Carry out expert-level emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and mechanical or electrical design improvements on complex systems matching your CNC specialty Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for production equipment and lines Program, diagnose, and resolve intricate control-system software, hardware, and configuration issues Operate predictive technologies—infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, power-quality analysis, laser interferometry, ball-bar testing, and vibration analysis—and interpret the results for condition assessment and proactive intervention Lead and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives that refine processes, boost results, and generate cost savings Source parts and repair items, propose engineered alternatives that raise reliability, and perform independent maintenance to industry standards while upholding 5S and housekeeping expectations Set up and run machining equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or restore components, and complete welding when required Research new maintenance methods and tools suitable for company sites, prepare cost analyses for equipment decisions, update CMMS records, supply technical content for quotations, mentor less experienced technicians, and complete self-directed technical learning while strictly following all safety rules and remaining alert to hazards What You Bring High-school diploma or GED Associate degree with technical emphasis plus seven years of relevant industry experience, or ten years of industry experience without a degree Proficiency in predictive technologies (vibration analysis or laser interferometry), precision alignment,…
