About the Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you're responsible for the complete maintenance function at our facility. You'll direct a team of technicians, execute preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure all operations meet rigorous safety and compliance standards. Your leadership keeps equipment running reliably and production flowing without costly interruptions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and assign daily work for maintenance team members
- Design, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to avoid unplanned breakdowns
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures to restore production capability quickly
- Oversee larger maintenance projects, capital equipment replacements, and facility improvements
- Document all maintenance activities, track key performance indicators, and report operational status to leadership
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements
- Coach and develop maintenance technicians on procedures, equipment operation, and safety best practices
- Coordinate with production management to prioritize work and minimize operational disruptions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supervising maintenance teams or managing industrial maintenance operations
- Hands-on competency troubleshooting and repairing machinery or plant equipment
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- Working knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Effective leadership and clear communication with both technical and management audiences
