Maintenance Supervisor

HiFyve seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our food manufacturing facility in Alma, Georgia. This full-time position offers $75,000–$90,000 annually plus a 6% performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor for HiFyve, you'll oversee the maintenance department at our Alma, Bacon County production facility, managing equipment reliability and facility safety while ensuring strict compliance with USDA food manufacturing standards. Working the day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you'll direct strategic planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to keep our operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Direct and manage maintenance technicians to optimize equipment uptime and facility reliability
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize production downtime
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with USDA food safety regulations and facility standards
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate corrective maintenance responses
• Monitor equipment performance and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation systems
• Develop and implement training programs for maintenance team members
• Manage maintenance budgets and track departmental expenses
• Establish and reinforce a strong culture of safety and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and USDA compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience developing and coaching maintenance teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to maintenance emergencies
• Proficiency with maintenance planning and tracking systems
