THE BEACHES OF LONGBOAT KEY - SOUTH, a premier beachfront condominium community in Longboat Key, Manatee County, is seeking a Maintenance Project Coordinator to manage critical facility initiatives and oversee coordination between property management, maintenance staff, contractors, and engineers.

About the Role

This full-time Maintenance Project Coordinator position offers an excellent opportunity to take on meaningful work in a well-established, luxury beachfront environment. You will report to the Property Manager and serve as a key liaison across multiple departments, ensuring that maintenance projects and facility improvements are executed smoothly and to our residents' high standards.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects throughout the condominium community
• Manage communication and schedules among the Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, contractors, and engineering professionals
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure accountability and quality delivery
• Serve as a primary point of contact between facility teams and front desk staff for resident-facing concerns
• Document project status and maintain records for operational continuity
• Support preventive maintenance planning and prioritization across the property
