About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Mechanic to service and maintain our facility's essential systems. You'll work the evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and be available for weekend work as scheduling requires. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the facility
- Diagnose equipment failures and restore systems to full functionality
- Complete preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Respond to maintenance requests and facility issues promptly and professionally
- Document work completed and track parts and materials used
- Develop technical expertise through hands-on training and formal instruction
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades
- Ability to work evening and weekend schedules reliably
- Physical capability to lift materials, work in varied conditions, and access facility spaces
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following established protocols
