About the Role
You'll report directly to the General Manager as a key member of our maintenance team. Your work keeps our property safe, functional, and welcoming. This Maintenance/Groundskeeper role encompasses everything from carpentry and plumbing to electrical repairs and grounds management, giving you diverse responsibilities and the chance to work on varied projects throughout the season.
What You'll Do
- Execute carpentry repairs and maintenance on buildings and structures
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and fixtures
- Maintain plumbing systems and respond to plumbing issues
- Care for grounds, landscaping, and outdoor facilities
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Operate hand and power tools in compliance with safety protocols
- Address maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or a skilled trade
- Practical abilities in carpentry, electrical repair, or plumbing—or proven desire to develop these skills
- Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety
- Physical stamina for outdoor and manual labor
- Dependable transportation and a strong work ethic
