About This Position Join our maintenance team as a Maintenance Assistant Supervisor where you'll blend hands-on technical work with supervisory leadership. You'll oversee service team operations at a well-established residential community, ensuring all repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance align with professional standards and company policies. In this hands-on position, you'll diagnose and resolve issues across HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, structural repairs, and appliances.
