Our Maintenance team member ensures that equipment, systems, and facilities stay in top working condition. You'll handle essential repairs, preventive upkeep, and troubleshooting that keep our restaurant operating smoothly every single day. This is hands-on work that directly supports both our customers' experience and your team's success.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment and restaurant machinery
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure
• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly to minimize operational downtime
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the facility
• Document maintenance work, identify potential issues, and report facility concerns to management
• Follow health, safety, and company protocols while performing all duties
• Coordinate with other team members to schedule repairs and facility projects

What We're Looking For

• Practical maintenance experience or strong hands-on problem-solving ability
• Full-time availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
