Machine Operator

HRU‑Tech is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join its team in Randolph, Dodge County.

About the Role

This full‑time position supports production on either first or second shift, offering a contract‑to‑hire pathway.

What You'll Do

• Set up machines according to work orders and standard operating procedures.
• Run production lines from start‑up through shut‑down, monitoring performance and making adjustments.
• Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Ensure product quality by checking dimensions, finishes, and adhering to specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete production logs, shift reports, and any required documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work orders, and basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high‑quality output.
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work the scheduled shift pattern.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
