About the Role
As a Lube Technician at Lincoln of Troy, you'll be the foundation of our service department's preventive maintenance operations. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and offers competitive pay and benefits. You'll work alongside our high-performing service team to keep luxury vehicles running at peak performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine oil and fluid changes using manufacturer-approved specifications
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other consumable components
- Conduct pre- and post-service vehicle inspections and fluid-level checks
- Document all services and maintenance performed in our service tracking system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay
- Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle maintenance needs
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn automotive systems
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Punctuality and reliability
- Previous automotive experience a plus, but not required
