About the Role

As a Lube Technician at our Cortez location, you'll be the hands-on professional customers rely on for accurate, efficient automotive maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position where your technical work directly shapes the customer experience at every visit.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other approved preventive maintenance services
• Carry out automotive product installations correctly and within established time standards
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly to service advisors
• Keep the service bay clean, organized, and operating safely at all times
• Deliver a consistently positive, professional experience to every customer who pulls into the bay
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth bay flow and meet service targets
