About the Role
This LPN/RN - Part-Time Night (12-Hour Shift) opening is based at Gulf Coast Village in Cape Coral South, Lee County, an on-site community operated by Volunteers of America National Services. You'll provide hands-on skilled nursing care during overnight hours within a positive, team-focused work environment. The schedule covers one part-time RN/LPN night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, resident-centered nursing care throughout the 12-hour overnight shift.
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changing care needs during night hours.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with established care plans and nursing standards.
- Document assessments, observations, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the skilled nursing team to maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Willingness and availability to work part-time night shifts of 12 hours.
- A commitment to compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment.
