Logistics Management Specialist, Senior

Serco is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist, Senior for our Annapolis, Anne Arundel County office to support the Global Logistics Augmentation and Support Services program. This is a full-time, on-site position serving Army Sustainment Command operations in East Africa.

About the Role

As a Senior Logistics Management Specialist with Serco, you will take on a leadership role in high-stakes defense logistics initiatives. You'll oversee complex supply chain operations, coordinate resource allocation, and drive operational improvements for critical Army sustainment missions. Your work directly supports deployed forces and strategic logistics objectives across multiple operational regions.

What You'll Do

• Direct end-to-end logistics operations and supply chain coordination for Army Sustainment Command
• Analyze logistics requirements and develop comprehensive support strategies
• Manage inventory control, procurement processes, and distribution workflows
• Partner with military personnel, government stakeholders, and contractors to align logistics support with mission priorities
• Track operational performance metrics and identify efficiency improvements
• Prepare analytical reports and documentation for senior leadership
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations and Department of Defense logistics standards

What We're Looking For

• Substantial background in logistics management, supply chain operations, or military support functions
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-component logistics initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across military and civilian teams
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic operational environments
• Knowledge of DoD logistics processes and military supply chain procedures strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance
