Role overview (listing rewrite)

Satellite Office is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time position in the United States. You will oversee critical supply chain coordination within our expanding FMCG logistics division, managing orders from warehouse dispatch through final delivery at retail locations. The Opportunity We operate in a space where precision and speed matter equally. Our logistics operations are in active growth mode, and we need an experienced coordinator to join our established team. You won't be learning the fundamentals here — you'll be leveraging your existing logistics expertise to keep our fast-moving supply chain moving seamlessly. Every order, every detail, and every deadline shapes our reputation with major retailers and brand partners. Core Duties Coordinate delivery slots with major Australian retail partners including Coles, Woolworths, Metcash, and Aldi using their supplier portal systems. Manage complete order workflows from client receipt through delivery — inputting specifications into retail systems, creating transport dockets, generating SSCC labels, and producing invoice documentation. Engage third-party logistics carriers and transport operators through email communication and dedicated booking systems to confirm capacity and schedule shipments. Monitor shipment progress continuously from warehouse pickup to customer destination, proactively addressing delays or route changes before they impact delivery performance. Respond to delivery inquiries from customers, retail partners, and transport providers via email (primary responsibility) and phone — addressing ETA questions, rerouting requests, failed delivery resolution, and operational issues. Input and verify data across interconnected systems including warehouse management platforms, retail compliance portals, and client enterprise resource systems with precision. Provide analytical support to the planning team by sourcing and validating inventory and shipment data for reporting purposes. What You Bring Demonstrated background in logistics coordination, transportation operations, or supply chain roles — ideally with exposure to FMCG or retail distribution environments, particularly those serving Australian markets. Practical experience navigating Australian retail compliance systems and supplier portals; exposure to platforms like C3 or Axis strengthens your candidacy, though any major retail or FMCG portal background is valued. Ability to operate fluidly across multiple software systems and platforms without requiring constant guidance — you troubleshoot independently and adapt quickly to new tools. Meticulous attention…
