About the Role

As Local Study Associate Director (LSAD) at Parexel in Salem, Marion County, you will take ownership of one or more Local Study Teams (LSTs), steering them to meet the agreed deliverables of assigned clinical studies. Working onsite, you will balance resources, budget, and timelines while ensuring every activity aligns with client procedural documents, international standards such as ICH-GCP, and applicable local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support Local Study Team(s) at the country level to achieve committed study milestones.
• Deliver assigned study components on time, within budget, and according to allocated resources.
• Uphold compliance with client procedural documents, ICH-GCP guidelines, and relevant local regulatory requirements.
• Provide site monitoring when required, contributing flexible capacity to study operations.
• Collaborate across functions to keep local trial activities coordinated and quality-driven.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or coordinating clinical study teams within a country or local setting.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP and local clinical research regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage study timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Hands-on familiarity with site monitoring practices and clinical trial operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Availability to work full-time and onsite in Salem, Marion County.
