Litigation Associate – Personal Injury / Civil Lit

Gpac is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation for our Danbury, Connecticut office. This is a full-time, on-site position with a dynamic, growing litigation practice managing an expanding caseload.

As a Litigation Associate in our Personal Injury and Civil Litigation practice, you'll develop litigation expertise while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage civil and personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research and prepare written memoranda, analyses, and court filings
• Draft pleadings, motions, and responsive documents
• Participate in client consultations and case strategy discussions
• Organize and review discovery materials and case documentation
• Prepare for and support trial work and court appearances
• Maintain organized case files and communicate effectively with clients throughout litigation

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and Connecticut bar admission (or eligibility)
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and case management ability
• Self-motivated approach with reliability and strong work ethic
• Interest in or experience with civil litigation and personal injury law
• Comfort with legal research databases and document management platforms
