Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate breakfast and lunch orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume service
• Work the cooking line and keep up with the pace of a busy family restaurant
• Cook signature menu items, including egg Benedicts and a range of daily dishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe station throughout each shift
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, quality meals to every guest
