About the Role
As a part-time LPN in our skilled nursing facility, you will deliver hands-on nursing care to residents in our Health Center while guiding the daily work of our nursing assistant team. This day-shift opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Earn up to $32 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, attentive nursing care to residents within the Health Center.
- Help develop and carry out individualized resident care plans in line with physician orders.
- Oversee the day-to-day nursing tasks completed by certified nursing assistants.
- Ensure all care is delivered in full compliance with applicable state and federal nursing regulations.
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes in condition to the care team.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Comfortable working the 7AM-3PM day shift on a part-time basis.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a strong advantage.
- Ability to supervise and support nursing assistants effectively.
- Working knowledge of state and federal standards for nursing care.
- A patient, dependable approach and genuine commitment to resident-centered care.
