You will engage clients seeking support near Midland, TX while working entirely from your preferred remote location, applying clinical expertise to foster progress in emotional regulation, relationships, and overall mental wellness. The position emphasizes ethical, client-centered care in a full-time remote structure that relies on strong virtual communication and independent clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to client goals.
• Complete comprehensive mental health evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Document all clinical encounters accurately and promptly in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
• Monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and coordinate care with other providers when appropriate.
• Deliver crisis support and safety planning via telehealth channels during scheduled sessions.
• Uphold confidentiality, maintain technology readiness for virtual appointments, and participate in case consultation as required.

Requirements

• Current independent licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW allowing practice in Texas for telehealth services.
• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Demonstrated skill in conducting therapy sessions, clinical assessments, and treatment planning.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and secure electronic documentation systems.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, cultural sensitivity, and capacity for independent remote work.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and client-centered care.
