About the Role As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with Latino Network, you'll deliver direct clinical services as a 1.0 FTE position in our Portland location. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Clinical Supervisor, where you'll be part of an organization leading with love to create radical social change in our community. What You'll Do Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy to clients across diverse backgrounds Conduct mental health assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and case management records Collaborate with clinical team members and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care Support clients in crisis situations and provide appropriate referrals and resources Work from our Portland office to serve our community with cultural humility and clinical excellence What We're Looking For Current state mental health licensure (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or equivalent) Demonstrated experience providing mental health services to diverse populations Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to cultural humility and social justice in clinical practice Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment About Latino Network Leading with love, Latino Network cultivates our staff and community as a powerful force for radical social change.
