What You'll Do
- Perform professional embalming and restorative preparation in accordance with state regulations and best practices
- Consult with families to arrange and coordinate meaningful funeral services tailored to their wishes and cultural traditions
- Manage funeral arrangements, including scheduling, permits, and documentation
- Provide compassionate, professional guidance to grieving families during sensitive arrangements
- Maintain compliance with Tennessee funeral service regulations and licensing standards
- Support the day-to-day operations of our Sumner County location
What We're Looking For
- Current Tennessee license as a Funeral Director and Embalmer
- Demonstrated experience in funeral service, embalming, and family consultation
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and professional standards
- Ability to work with dignity, professionalism, and genuine empathy
- Reliable, detail-oriented approach to documentation and compliance
