Legal Operations Paralegal

As a key member of our Legal team, you’ll partner closely with our in-house attorney to keep legal operations running smoothly, coordinate contract workflows, and ensure our attorney can focus on providing strategic legal guidance across the company.

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal who enjoys creating order from complexity, anticipates what attorneys need before they ask, and takes pride in building efficient processes. They are equally comfortable managing administrative details, organizing legal information, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. They communicate effectively with attorneys, project managers, and business professionals, helping legal services remain responsive, practical, and business-focused.
