About the Role As Legal Director of M&A, you will manage the legal strategy and execution of merger, acquisition, and integration activities. You'll oversee due diligence processes, negotiate transaction documentation, and guide the company through complex deal structures and regulatory requirements. Your leadership ensures every transaction supports long-term business growth while maintaining the highest legal and ethical standards.
