About the Role As a litigation legal assistant focused on creditors' rights and bankruptcy, you'll manage the operational and administrative details that drive successful case outcomes. You'll work across debt collection actions, bankruptcy filings, and related litigation matters, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Your work directly supports our general counsel and litigation team.
