About the Role

We're hiring an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional for our Luxury Apartment Community in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you'll guide prospective renters through every step of their journey, from first tour to move-in day. This is an on-site, full-time position of 40 hours per week, and weekend availability is mandatory to support our busiest leasing days.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct engaging community and apartment tours, and showcase the lifestyle our luxury property offers.
• Build genuine relationships that turn inquiries into signed leases and one-time visitors into long-term residents.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, documentation, and lease signing.
• Respond promptly to leads by phone, email, and in person, delivering a polished, professional first impression.
• Support resident retention through attentive follow-up and exceptional day-to-day service.
• Partner with the Property Manager and on-site team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.

Qualifications

• A people-first personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer service or sales experience, ideally within residential leasing or property management.
• Reliable availability to work a 40-hour week, including mandatory weekend shifts.
