This company specializes in managing a range of properties and has a portfolio of, over 180,000 apartment units with assets valued at $3 billion. The Leasing & Marketing Professional will play a role in overseeing the leasing process, which includes handling lease paperwork and maintaining relationships with residents. Additionally they will have the opportunity to interact with clients conduct apartment tours, process applications and address any inquiries. Strong communication skills and a customer service oriented mindset are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also desired. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position having a bachelors degree is preferred.
