Willow Bridge Property Company, based in Littleton, Colorado is currently seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to join their team. The chosen individual will be responsible, for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, which includes renting out apartments preparing lease documents and providing support to residents. The ideal candidate should possess communication skills prioritize customer service excellence and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role a bachelors degree would be preferred. This position offers compensation along with a benefits package that encompasses health insurance, dental coverage, vision care benefits as well as a 401(k) plan. The typical salary range for this position falls between $19 and $20, per hour in USD.
