Takes care of more, than 180,000 apartment units with assets worth $3 billion. As a Leasing & Marketing Professional your role will involve overseeing the leasing process, which includes leasing apartments handling lease paperwork and providing assistance to residents. You will also have the responsibility of welcoming clients understanding their needs giving them tours of the apartments and community area processing applications and responding to any inquiries they may have. The ideal candidate for this position must possess communication skills with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. While a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role having a bachelors degree would be preferred.
